Make Time for Yourself

Thursday, October 11, 6:30-8:30 p.m.                                         Join Life Skills Facilitator Deb Titus for the third and final session of the Workshops for Women series: Make Time for Yourself. In this interactive workshop, Deb will show you how making simple changes can free up time in your busy life.  Fun activities and discussion will help participants identify the activities they enjoy and acknowledge the importance of incorporating personal time into their schedules.
