Veteran’s Day – Library Hours

The library will be closed on Sunday, November 11th and Monday, November 12th in observance of Veteran’s Day.

Regular hours resume on Tuesday, November 13th at 9:00 a.m.

First Thursday Book Discussion Group

Best of Luck to Our Visitors From Pakistan

We wish the best of luck to Fnu Mujeeb-ur-Rehman and Muhammad Farooq, who left Norwood yesterday after touring the town to learn about our local government as part of a U.S. Department of State program. They attended Town Meeting and visited many local institutions, including the Morrill Memorial Library. They will now travel to New York and Washington, D.C.

Backyard Beekeeping

Learn about backyard beekeeping with Norwood resident Gerry Canelli. Gerry will share his knowledge of beginning beekeeping. He will bring in slides and video clips of his bees and provide delicious samples of his own honey for tasting. If you would like to try beekeeping yourself, Gerry can give you tips on how to get started.
