Lucy the READ Dog!

Saturday, January 29th, 2011 – 10:00 to 10:45 a.m.

Lucy is a trained companion dog who loves to listen to children read. Bring your favorite book or borrow one of ours to read to her. She even turns the pages of her book. Check out Lucy’s website: http://web.me.com/lucythereaddog.  You must register for this program.     Location: Simoni Room

Vacation Week Winter Crafts

During school vacation week (December 27th-31st), drop-in one day, or all days, Monday through Friday, to the Children’s Program Room for creative winter crafts. There will be a different craft each day, suitable for children ages 5 and older. The craft program will be open anytime between 10:00am and 12:00pm . No registration required.

Norwood Young Readers Award Book Discussion

Monday, November 22, 2010   – 7:00pm to 8:00pm

Join your friends and librarians for a fun discussion of Lemonade Wars by Jacqueline Davies. For children in grades 4 & 5. Drinks and snacks will be provided. Please register at the children’s desk of the library, or call (781) 769-0200 X225.
