We can accept the following types of Donations:

  • Popular fiction, nonfiction
  • Academic titles
  • Textbooks published within the last five years in good condition
  • Classic titles in excellent condition
  • DVDs or Music CDs with undamaged cases
  • Complete audiobooks on CD, with intact and undamaged cases

All donations are subject to our Trustee approved Gift Policy.

We cannot accept:

  • Books in poor condition, or any encyclopedias
  • Reader’s Digest condensed books; magazines
  • Travel guides, computer books, medical books, or other materials older than three years
  • CDs or DVDs that are scratched/unusable, or have broken cases or missing booklets
  • Audiobooks or DVD collections with missing discs
  • VHS tapes or audio cassettes
